GFC Presale

Verify first. Then participate.

The public GFC presale is currently not active. The planned presale is intended to distribute a limited portion of the GFC Token / Economic Layer on Base Mainnet. The token is currently GFC’s primary product; through Q1 2027, the operational focus is robust presale/mainnet readiness.

Status: planned No public contributions Base Mainnet planned • Chain ID 8453
Important: There is currently no production GFC token, no public purchase process, no production presale contract and no official contribution address on Base Mainnet. The public Base Sepolia PoC is a development reference only: it demonstrates test payment paths and immediate tGFC distribution, but specifically implements no soft cap and no refund mechanism and is not a purchase address.
Verification principle: A claim is not evidence. Before any future participation, ask: What is visible? What does it prove? What remains unproven?

Context

What is the GFC presale?

The presale is planned as the first public distribution of a limited portion of the total GFC supply before possible later market availability. It is intended as a limited, rule-bound public distribution — not as a hype event — and would only be conducted under published terms through verifiable production contracts on Base Mainnet. Transparency, Governance, Verification, Testing, Security and Legal currently support presale/mainnet readiness of the GFC Token / Economic Layer. From Q2 2027, development is intended to expand progressively toward broader Accountability Infrastructure around the token and beyond; this longer-term direction is a roadmap, not a delivery guarantee.

Limited allocation

The current model plans 150,000,000 GFC for the presale — 15% of the planned fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 GFC. This is planning information, not an active distribution.

Rules instead of FOMO

Price, duration, soft cap, payment logic, refunds and verification are intended to be publicly documented before activation.

Core terms

Price, scope and limits

The current model uses a planned price of €0.05 per GFC, a planned duration of 8 weeks and a planned soft cap of €250,000. These figures are not active sale terms and become binding only if an official presale is activated with final published terms.

No separate monetary hard cap is currently planned because the presale allocation itself creates the quantitative ceiling: 150,000,000 GFC × €0.05 equals a theoretical maximum gross value of €7,500,000. The soft cap serves a different purpose: it determines whether the presale is intended to be considered successfully completed and whether the published refund rules apply.

The current specification provides for direct token distribution through the presale contract and an immutable presale contract. These characteristics become binding only once the final production contract is published, verified and clearly mapped to the final participation terms.

The planned token-level fees of 0% on buys and 1% on sells relate to the token model after a possible production launch and are not presale fees. Network/gas costs and possible third-party or conversion costs may apply independently.

Participation may be restricted by jurisdiction, age, sanctions requirements, KYC/AML rules or other binding eligibility conditions. The final participation terms would be authoritative.

Participation

How an approved presale is intended to work

  1. Check status: Proceed only if the official presale page shows the status “Active”.
  2. Review terms: Read eligibility requirements, limits, duration, soft cap and refund rules.
  3. Verify the production contract: Confirm Base Mainnet, Chain ID 8453, the production contract address and verified source code. If an audit is referenced, confirm that the audit report, audit scope, exact audited code version or commit and production address can be clearly matched publicly.
  4. Choose payment asset: ETH, USDC or DAI on Base are planned.
  5. Review transaction: Check amount, recipient, network, fees and requested permissions before signing. Understand any relevant admin, pause, upgrade or emergency rights disclosed for the production system.
  6. Keep evidence: Save the transaction hash and the terms applicable to your participation.

Soft Cap

What happens if €250,000 is not reached?

If the binding soft cap is not reached within the published contribution period, the presale is not intended to be considered successfully completed. Eligible contributions made through the official production contract are intended to become refundable under rules that must be technically and legally specified before participation is possible.

Because the current specification also provides for immediate token distribution, the production design must define how GFC already allocated to participants is handled if a refund becomes available. This includes transferability before the presale closes, refund eligibility and the technical return, burn, escrow or claim logic. The specific solution remains open and must be published and verifiable before participation is possible.

Until those binding production rules are published, the refund mechanism remains planned and is neither active nor guaranteed.

Use of funds

What presale funds are intended for

The final allocation of funds will be published before activation. Until binding percentages have been approved, GFC deliberately does not state artificially precise percentages.

Technology & security

Smart contract engineering and testing, independent security reviews, hosting and infrastructure, deployment tooling, monitoring and the technical transparency and verification systems required to publish evidence.

Build & operations

Legal and regulatory preparation, operating processes, documentation, ecosystem and integration work, communications infrastructure and other project operations required for a controlled launch and continued development.

===================================================================== TOKENOMICS + LONG-TERM CONTROL =====================================================================

Tokenomics

The presale covers only 15% of the total supply

The fixed total supply is planned at 1,000,000,000 GFC. The presale allocation is a limited part of a long-term structured overall distribution. Allocation is also a governance decision: percentages alone do not prove who controls the allocated wallets, whether restrictions are enforceable or whether the rules can later change.

Expectation management

What participation does not mean

  • no equity ownership in a company;
  • no guaranteed return or appreciation;
  • no guaranteed liquidity or exchange listing;
  • no automatic ownership of project or charity assets;
  • no blanket guarantee of governance rights;
  • no guarantee that every planned function will be implemented.

Verification

Verify the presale – not just the website

  • confirm Base Mainnet and Chain ID 8453;
  • cross-check the production presale contract against the Transparency Portal;
  • review verified source code and, where published, clearly map the audit report, audit scope, exact audited code version or commit and production address to one another;
  • confirm supported payment tokens and their contract addresses;
  • understand admin, upgrade, pause and emergency rights — who is allowed to change what?
  • check the transaction target in your wallet before every signature.
Three questions: What is visible? What does it prove? What remains unproven? A visible transaction is the beginning of an evidence chain — not its end.

Current development status

What is already true today – and what is not yet

Presale Planned / not active No public participation and no production purchase process.

Before participating

Review the documentation first

A presale decision should not be based on a single marketing message. Review in this order: current status → binding terms → production contract and permissions → risks. GFC provides technical, economic and governance-related information separately for that review.

Risks

Participation is not risk-free

Relevant risk classes include market and liquidity risk, smart contract and infrastructure risk, regulatory and eligibility risk, operational and wallet-user risk, stablecoin risk and incomplete-implementation risk. Transparency can reduce information gaps; it does not eliminate these risks.
