Global Foundation Coin

Transparency does not end with the transaction. Impact requires evidence.

Global Foundation Coin (GFC) is currently developing the GFC Token / Economic Layer on Base toward presale and mainnet readiness. Over the long term, broader Accountability Infrastructure with verifiable rules, traceable financial flows, and verifiable evidence is intended to build on this foundation.

A claim is not evidence. Three questions matter: What is visible? What does it prove? What remains unproven?

Current status: A public proof of concept on Base Sepolia is available. There is no published GFC mainnet token, no active public presale, and nothing is currently being sold.

Why GFC?

Moving funds is visible. Proving responsibility and impact is harder.

A blockchain transaction can show that funds were moved. However, it does not automatically answer who made the decision, which rules applied, or what was actually achieved afterward.

GFC therefore focuses on the structure behind the transaction: financial execution, decision-making authority, and real-world impact are intended to be documented separately and linked where robust evidence is available.

Transparency has real limits — for example due to law, privacy, security, and external dependencies. These limits should be stated visibly instead of claiming blanket completeness.

Product & System

GFC Token, rules, and evidence as an integrated system

The GFC Token / Economic Layer is the current product focus. Transparency, Governance, and Verification are being developed to support its presale and mainnet readiness and can later be expanded into broader Accountability Infrastructure.

Three evidence layers prevent a visible transaction from being mistaken for complete accountability.

01 — GFC Token / Economic Layer

The planned digital asset on Base is the current product core. The supply model, allocations, and reserve structures are being specified, tested, and documented to a robust standard before any mainnet release.

Financial Execution

Which wallet or contract moved which funds, and when?

02 — Rules & Control

Roles, permissions, restrictions, changes, and relevant control structures are intended to be documented in a traceable way.

Governance Evidence

Who was allowed to decide, what authority existed, and which rules applied?

03 — Impact

Funded projects should be traceable not only through payments, but also through appropriate status and impact evidence.

Impact Verification

What happened after funding, and which real-world outcomes can be substantiated?

Current project status

GFC Token in preparation and testing. Mainnet and presale are not live yet.

The current operational focus is on presale and mainnet readiness of the GFC Token / Economic Layer. A public proof of concept on Base Sepolia documents the current test status, but it is not a mainnet product.

There is currently no published official GFC mainnet token, no active public presale, and no sale of GFC.

Planned functions are not presented as already implemented. Landing page status: August 26, 2026.

GFC Token / Economic Layer

Current token model: fixed supply, long-term allocations, verifiable rules

The current planning model provides for a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 GFC. For presale and mainnet readiness, the rules, control rights, and time restrictions that can later be verified matter alongside the allocations themselves.

1 Billion GFC

Planned fixed total supply under the current token model.

25 % Impact Vault

250,000,000 GFC with a planned long-term lock structure of 50 years.

5 % Core Team

Planned linear vesting over 19 years.

No planned inflation

An increase beyond the defined total supply is not planned under the current model.

These values describe the documented planning model. Token rules become technically binding only through the final published and verified mainnet contracts. Long lock or vesting periods are only as robust as the underlying mechanisms and change rights.

Development roadmap

From testnet to token readiness — then expansion of the system

Through Q1 2027, operational work is focused on robust presale and mainnet readiness of the GFC Token / Economic Layer. Current: Phase 2 — Testing, with preparation for Phase 3 — Hardening.

1 — Specify

Consolidate rules, architecture, token model, and governance boundaries.

2 — Testing Current

Test Base Sepolia contracts, references, and verification processes.

3 — Harden

Freeze, test, review, and document production contracts.

4 — Presale/Mainnet Readiness

Complete the technical, legal, operational, and security requirements; activate presale and mainnet only once readiness criteria have been met.

5 — Expand the Broader System

Planned from Q2 2027: deepen transparency, governance, and verification components around the token.

6 — Accountability Infrastructure

Standardize impact, project, and evidence mechanisms over the long term and progressively expand them beyond the token.

Testnet progress or documented planning parameters do not by themselves constitute production readiness.

Verify & Contact

Do not simply trust. Verify the status and rules yourself.

The Transparency Portal is the central entry point for published contract references, testnet status, and documented evidence boundaries. The whitepaper describes the full model.
