The Explorer separates what is visible, what it proves, and what remains unproven. A transaction is evidence of execution—not automatic proof of authority, compliance, purpose, outcome, or impact.
Evidence discipline
The interface keeps those questions separate by design. Missing evidence is displayed as a limitation, never silently converted into a fact.

AI accountability layer
The analyst reasons over live indexed tGFC evidence retrieved server-side from The Graph. It may explain the evidence, but it cannot upgrade verification states or invent missing authority, rules, decisions, purpose, outcomes, or impact.
Transaction analysis
Six evidence domains are evaluated independently. A stronger state in one domain does not upgrade the others.
Accountability model
This six-part model predates ETHOnline and belongs to the existing GFC transparency architecture. The new hackathon work is the Explorer that maps live blockchain records into these explicit evidence states.
